Quick answers to the most commonly asked questions, by those attending Fintech Week London
Sub Title Text Here, if required:

Fintech Week London will go ahead no matter what. We have spoken with our venues, and made the necessary adjustments to our on-site plans in order to adhere to government guidelines. There will be limited audiences (50%) to allow for adequate social distancing.

Attendees can also follow all sessions online through the Brella platform, using an all week full access pass.

  • Monday: no physical on-site access to general audience (online only)
  • Tuesday and Wednesday (conference) audience of maximum 300
  • Thursday: no physical on-site access to general audience (limited invite only)

Fintech Week London will follow all the government guidelines and are awaiting June 21st to make sure we know what the final guidelines for the event will be. However, being the first physical event after a while, we'll make sure everyone feels safe.
As a minimum, all visitors will be asked to scan the NHS Track & Trace QR code at the reception and we will perform temperature checks on-site upon entry. We'll ask all people on-site to wear a mask as much as possible and wash hands regularly. We'll have extra hand sanitising stations all throughout the venue and an extra team in disinfecting common areas continuously. We urge all our physical attendees to take a lateral flow test less than 24 hours prior to the event, these tests are available free of charge to UK residents.

Yes, at this moment the official rules set by the UK government still require all guests to remain at a safe distance from each other, whilst also covering mouth and nose with a mask. Several steps have been taken to facilitate social distancing during the conference:

  • Floor markers will indicate the direction of the crowd flow. We ask you to respect this and adhere to the instructed directions.
  • Equally, seating will be set up in line with government guidelines, providing the space required between individuals at the time of the event.
  • To avoid a crowded flow when exiting the rooms, our ushers will lead you towards the exit of each room in small groups after each session. Please remain seated until you are invited to join the usher.
  • When using the lift, respect the maximum capacity indicated at the door of each lift.
