MEETINGS PROGRAMME
1-2-1 MEETINGS FOR ALL
Maximise your time at the show
The people you want to meet will be here. We can help you meet them.
A few weeks before the event, all ticket holders can request meetings directly with whoever they want to connect with through our meeting app.
Browse who is coming, identify the conversations worth having, and get them locked in before you arrive.
A dedicated meetings space is available on site across both conference days. Come with a plan and leave with something to follow up on.
HOSTED MEETINGS FOR SPONSORS
Hosted meetings present the fastest track to the right conversations at Fintech Week London.
We do the work in advance. Based on your brief, we match you with qualified buyers – financial institutions, corporates, and investors who have confirmed they want to meet you. You arrive with a pre-scheduled programme of conversations with decision makers who are there specifically to explore new solutions and partnerships.
Qualifying buyers receive a complimentary ticket and travel reimbursement. Every meeting is double opt-in. Nobody ends up in a conversation they didn’t ask for.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Apply
Tell us who you are, what you are looking for, and who you want to meet.
2. GET MATCHED
We review applications and generate meetings based on mutual interest. Both sides independently select each other before anything is scheduled.
3. Arrive with a plan
Your confirmed meeting schedule is sent ahead of the event. No badge scanning, no hoping for the right introduction.
4. mEET
Meetings take place in the dedicated area on site across 8 and 9 September. Attend sessions and explore the exhibition around your schedule.
